New Tires and Wheel Store in Escondido, CA 92025

First time at this store. Got there early for my appointment, and got in early. Friendly, courteous staff. Quickest tire replacement that I can recall. I recommend buying, and scheduling appointment online.

Josh is a great service manager and has always made sure the client is satisfied at the end of the day when they walk out of this store.

Great customer service in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Super nice and friendly guys! Helpful and was able to get my new tired the same day. They went out of their way to get tires for me that day.

My experience is good

Have used this location for over a decade. They never fail to treat me great. They're efficient and not too hard on the upsell. My family uses other Discount Tire locations and have had poor experiences. I've told them to drive the little extra to this location. You won't regret it.

I have been using Discount Tire exclusively for 18 years. Up until recently, I have always had 3 vehicles in my household. Now down to 2. I used to be very cost conscious and would research multiple outlets before purchasing tires to ensure I got the best price. I gave that up years ago. Even if Discount Tire quoted me a few dollars more than a competitor, NO ONE has ever been able to match the level of customer service I receive from these guys. This has been consistent among all locations I have ever visited; from Seattle to San Diego.

Excellent customer srvice

I had a great customer service quality when I went to this store to fix my flat tire. All of the staff were helpful and did not kept me waiting. I was attended to right away even if I had to come back in the afternoon for them to install my old tires back to my Porsche Cayenne. I was, overall, satisfied with their service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Booked ahead online, and was happy with how quick the transaction was. I had new tires installed in 45 min after check-in.

As always busy place, guy #1 saw issue nail in tire guy #2 says can’t save tire guy #3 kept pushing to replace all four tires for only @$850 plus tax n fees ….ended up getting 2 tires so equal on both sides

Yes but I’d tell them to make sure nobody greases up any of the headliner. Mine was brand new when I turned my car over to them but had a big greasy hand print on the top passenger rear door headliner. Extremely difficult to get that grease removed. I still haven’t gotten all of it off
