Super friendly, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable…the people who work here project a business like love of their job and it shows right down to all the guys and gals who work in the bay. I love that they take care of you…from flats to rotations…free of charge for the duration of the life of the tire you purchase there. They have a great selection of tires and I haven’t gone anywhere else to purchase tires for as long as I can remember. They have a great business culture and it’s a pleasure working with people who are happy to be helping the customer who, in turn, can’t help but reciprocate that good feeling and, hence, becoming a loyal and enthusiastic return customer when the need arises.

Professional and helpful

I booked online. Everything was ready when I arrived at the store. I was quoted a wait time and indicated I would go out for a walk in the neighborhood. I received a link via text, it showed status and when the work was finished. It was within the quoted wait time. I returned to the store, was immediately assisted and given my keys and left. Great experience all around. Thank you.

Fast courteous service!

This is the place to buy tires! Knowledgeable sales people and competent mechanics, as well as great prices. We own 3 vehicles and all have or will have tires from Discount Tire.

The store manager, Chris Lopez, was the individual who assisted me and he provided me with exceptional customer service and his product knowledge was the same. He listened to what I was interested in and wanted and he took the time to research and make some calls to ensure he could obtain the tires and wheels I was looking for. Discount Tire located in Poway, CA is now my go to place.

I am very impressed with the system in place from the moment I stepped through the front door until I was handed the keys to my vehicle. It is very obvious that Lean Production is in play. Every associate has a specific procedure to follow which helps to streamline the entire process. Very professional and cost effective putting the customer first. Being able to watch the technician work on my vehicle from the lobby/waiting areas huge windows was very reassuring.
