After some difficulty, I finally got the correct tires ordered for me. I took off one star because it took over 2 hours to get my tires installed. I was quoted an estimate of 1.5 hours. This is with an appointment and the wheels were brought to them in the back of my pickup.

I called to order tires, before I went to the store. When I arrived at the store, after towing my 39-foot trailer through town, they had the wrong tires. I was soon leaving on a trip, so I was stuck between a rock and a hard spot. Hence, they sold me some that were twice as much. This is the definition of bait and switch. In addition, one lug nut was cross threaded on and broke the stud loose. I was told, "get it fixed before a trip," and sent on my way. What happened to 'you break it you fix it'? In total, they pulled a 'bait and switch' then broke my trailer and didn't offer to fix it. Not a good experience.

I purchased tires online and set an appointment for the next day. The website was easy to use. I came in and Carlos checked me in, reviewed my order and then instead of blindly taking the car in based on my online order, he offered some options. I know what you are thinking, that he tried to upsell me. But the opposite was true!! He gave me options that were both below and above what I ordered. I ultimately chose a tire that was better for my driving style and slightly less than my originally order. The experience was outstanding. Tristan assisted with the paperwork changes and they had me out of there in about an hour (and the place was busy). The staff at this location is amazing!
