Very friendly staff

The best experience for this veteran automotive industry driver. There is no other place for me especially when traveling when I had a flat which was serviced promptly to get me back on the road.

If you have nice valve stem caps, put them in your pocket before you leave your car or you will never see them again. Happened to me three times now, it's a small thing I admit, but I won't be back because of it.

Ask them to check your alignment and any ability to fix it if necessary before performing the tire change! In my case, I selected that store because they had the alignment service, and I thought I just needed two front tires. But eventually, they sold me four tires and couldn't perform the alignment due to a mechanical issue!

Overall, very pleased and I will use them again. While I gave a wait time of 1 1/4 hours - most of that was because I arrived quite early. This was because I was in a motorhome and wanted extra time due to size and potential traffic. Actual wait time from appt time to out the door was probably about 35-45 minutes. All staff were friendly and professional and adapted very well to my changing requests.

Ernesto and the other employees provided excellent customer service after I got a flat tire. Discount Tires is the only place I go to buy tires.
