From the second I walked through the door, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me get the best safety and value for my vehicle. They walked me through my options with complete transparency—no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest, expert advice. The service itself was lightning-fast (I believe my technician's name was John Paul and he was awesome). They had my vehicle in and out much quicker than I anticipated, and the quality of the work was flawless. I highly recommend Discount tire. They ordered in the tires I needed and had them the same day. I arrived at the store where they installed all 4 tires, did an alignment and a full size spare.
