Jose, and the rest of the staff, helped me when I was in a bind. I had multiple shops giving me the run around because my 2002 truck used an outdated tire size. I needed a tired replaced that day and all they offered was next day or weekend service. I get it, they didn't have my tire. What no one else told me is that I could just change out all the tired on my truck, which I needed to do anyways, and move to a more popular and less expensive size that was only marginally different than what I needed. But Jose, at the Blanding store, went ahead and just told me that. Hey, instead of chasing this tire down, why not use this one instead? I looked it up and he was right, but NO ONE in the chain of 6 other shops I talked to stopped to give me that little tidbit of info. So I got all my tires replaced and when I need to replace these, I won't be on a wild goose chase seeking out a model no one makes anymore, I just get new tires like everyone else thanks to Jose. He saw my problem, he found a unique solution that left me better than he found me. That's true customer service. Thanks to Jose and honestly the whole staff. 5 star service.

All staff was professional and friendly. Wait times was not bad (45 minutes to 1 hour).

Jose helped me get everything on my truck situated. He helped me get all new wheels and tires on my truck a year ago and helped me just recently get a spare. When I was quoted an insane amount for tires from a mechanic, he helped me figure out the problem and sent me home feeling safe to drive. I appreciate everything he did for me. I don’t ever want to buy tires from any other store or anybody else. I will 100% be coming back when I need new tires, no doubt.

This Place always comes through! They are Professional with Great attitudes with the desire to help everyone that that walks through their doors. They are nice and happy people, not all grumpy and down, They actually enjoy helping you. This is why my old Man goes to this particular Discount Tire. And now you know!

I have been using Discount Tires for over 25 years. I first went to a Discount Tire in Columbus Ohio and they cleaned the fix-a-flat out of my tire, begged I never use that stuff again, and patched my tire for me. I’ve been buying my tires from them since, even when I’ve moved to different cities. The service and honesty I receive is always the same. They tell me when I need tires and when I don’t. They have never tried to upsell me to something I don’t need and have often told me when my tires are fine despite a big box store that did an oil change and claimed my tires were bad. I went straight from there to Discount Tire and they told me I still had plenty of life left in my tires. I got a new car and just replaced the tires on that after they were two years old and am so happy to have a set of tires from Discount Tires on my car. Knowing they will rotate them and check pressure for me anytime gives me peace and comfort.

Employee are polite and knowledgeable. Appointment times are not really accurate and you’ll need to anticipate extra time for job to be started or completed, regardless of the difficulty of said job. As much as 1-1 1/2 hours extra time.

Went to store due to a flat tire issue and Ismael Ocasio was able to fix the tire. Knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend :)
