A lot of times when you read the reviews on websites, the average skeptic would take the reviews they see with a grain of salt but I felt absolutely inclined to write a review based on my experience as I was over the moon happy with the quality of service that I received and the staff's dedication to my satisfaction. This is coming from somebody who actually did have some issues with a set of tires that he purchased and instead of shrugging their shoulders and telling me to just deal with it, they made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and investment and they were extremely patient and friendly with me even when I had to return three times to have an issue addressed on my vehicle. I will always shop here first before going anywhere else if this is the kind of experience I receive. Highly recommended

Location: 2449 State Rd 16, St. Augustine, Florida. This location was recommended by several of my coworkers. I experienced excellent customer service, very professional, and they took the time to explain the service I required. I appreciate that the staff did not try to push/sale any additional services (that I did not need). As a result, I felt that I was receiving honest/trustworthy recommendations and service. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this location. Also, very pleased with the pricing.
