Amazing service, wont be let down

I had my tires rotated and balanced at this location yesterday. I had booked an appointment online for 1:15 . An associate greated me upon entering and was very friendly and informative. The quote given was what I paid. They took my car at 1:15 and I was driving out at 1:40. Then waiting area was very clean and all the associates very nice. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I had two front tires installed on my RV on 06/08. The tech carelessly lost one of my brass after-market valve cap extensions. When I discovered the missing cap, I called and they confidently assured me that if I came by they would be able to furnish a replacement. Turns out they did not have a similar replacement and they didn't have any explanation for the disappearance of my property. They told me that I could, just go online and buy a replacement, then bring them the bill and they would cover it. That's unacceptable. I had to take an hour out of my day and waste my gas for something that should NEVER happen. The gas I have already burned plus the cost of my time equals a net loss; due to their lack of professionalism. I'm certainly not going to repeat the mistake. It was 100% carelessness on their part to lose the valve stem cap. It shows at the very least that the technicians don't have any attention to detail. How hard is it to put customers property back like you found it?? I simply wanted to buy some new tires and move on. I didn't want to buy new valve caps, I already HAD perfectly working ones BEFORE I went to Discount Tire. How can anyone trust any of the work that is done here if a simple thing like putting after-market valve caps back on is treated like an optional hassle??? Had I known this shop would treat my property with such casual carelessness, I would have gone anywhere else. If they can't get the most basic part of the task right, everything else is suspect. Now I have to check all the lugs to make sure my tires aren't going to come rolling off. Where did the valve stem go?? It didn't just disappear into thin air. These folks seem to think it was a nitpicky little detail. Well, it isn't from a customer perspective precisely because it is such a simple expectation. I have eight more tires to replace in the fall and I will certainly be looking elsewhere.
