I didn’t buy my tires at Discount Tire. My tire was leaking and the store was nearby. They helped me and fixed the tire so quickly! I can’t tell you how I appreciated it! When I need new tires I’ll definitely choose Discount Tire for their customer service!

The price quoted and the value of the warranty package cannot be beat at any other retail tire store. The whole process is seamless and the staff are professional. I was informed from start to finish during the tire replacement. I bought 4 new tires at a price that noone else could come close to. A shout out to Justin, the associate who helped me. He was very helpful and informative during my visit.

Great guys. Very professional and knowledgeable. A+++ Zach and John were great and I was out 15 minutes earlier than anticipated. A suggestion to your customers though...be considerate of people around you and use earphones or earbuds while waiting for your job to be completed. It was the only reason I didn't rate my experience 10/10.

Justin and Ethan, along with the rest of the crew at this location are outstanding to work with. They take very good care of my cars because most of them are "car guys" themselves and are very courteous and understanding of what are sometimes, my very specific and particular, maybe even odd to some folks...requests and directions on what/how I would like things done. If buying tires, or tire wheel combos, they will work with you tirelessly to come up with the best product and solution for your vehicle, driving habits, and price range. I have purchased probably 60+ sets of tires from Discount over the past 20+ years, from the Woodstock, Acworth, and Cartersville GA locations and wouldnt recommend going to any other national tire shop than Discount Tire.

Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time, waited 1 1/2 hours before my car was even touched. Finally got my tires 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time. The people were polite, tires are great, but what’s the point of having an appointment if it’s going to be 90 minutes past that time before your car is worked on?

Excellent store, great personnel, I am a customer for many years at three different stores.
