Went to get my air checked since my light came on for one and was told I had a nail in my passenger rear. Employee told me I can come in tomorrow or make an appointment and they will patch it for free. I made an appointment and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Everyone I encountered was really nice.

Excellent service by each person that I have encountered, in several different Discount Tire stores.

They are my tire and suspension vendor of choice for several years.

I make my appointments online, I do show up on time, and things go so smoothly. I don't have to wait long to speak to somebody, my car is generally taken in within just a few minutes of the appointment time, and everybody is always very nice.

Great experience, went in with no appointment for 4 new Michelin tires for my car, arrived at 8am and was finished 35 minutes later. Highly satisfied with the staff and service.

Todd is the man! The whole staff maintains professionalism and finished the service in a timely manner.

Danny was absolutely the best. He replaced and balanced my tires to my specifications. My car has never driven so smooth. He took time to do each of my tires individually himself. Ask for Danny, he is my tire representative moving forward.

My overall rating is less than 5 star bc I think that discount tire should do a better job at getting people in and out in a more timely manor , I waited 2+ hrs to get a tire repair , but even with that discount tire in my opinion offers the best in the business , there warranty on tires are second to none and they go above and beyond when there’s not a discount tire near you should you need repair or replacement , which was the case for me , I was traveling on a road trip and blew out a tire there was no store in that state , the mgr told me to get a tire bring the receipt to them and they would reimburse me for the price I paid now that’s great service , and whenever I needed replacement tires they never hesitate to do the right thing and replace them that need , another plus when peurchasing from discount I have enjoyed my experience so much since I’ve been buying from them I would like to be a spokesman in there commercials , that’s how much I love discount tire , and I have been buying from them for the past 15 + years and have never been disappointed. I am a real person and this is a real review about a great company with great product and knowledgeable people that take good care of you for a reasonable price , unlike many other tire places I’ve shopped .
