New Tires and Wheel Store in Mcdonough, GA 30253

We were well-cared for by the young men at the McDonough store. They checked all our tires and provided a tire we needed to replace the one that was ruined on the road. They are very good and professional and understanding!

They need more help because they’re required to answer the phone as well as address customers. This created a constant backlog of waiting customers that lasted the entire 2.5hrs I was there for a simple tire rotation.

I would not recommend this place if you have a high end vehicle. I had to return four times after bringing my vehicle here and my car was riding terrible and shaking. They had all my tire pressure at different levels and never balanced my vehicle correctly. I had to take my car to the dealership and pay more money to correct what they claimed they kept doing. While walking out another Customer walked in with the same issue I was facing… don’t go here or try another location
