New Tires and Wheel Store in Suwanee, GA 30024

I ordered my tires online and received an online discount during Black Friday. Paid online and booked the appointment. Fast, easy and great deal. Everyone was friendly, helpful and gave regular updates expected installation and completion. Very happy with the whole experience.

Great company. This store has been great. Only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a coffee machine or something similar while you wait.

Had booked an appointment online, Came in 30 minutes before the booking time due to past experience, was greeted within 5 minutes, told them what i had booked for which was I had a wheel in the car that has a punctured tire that needed replacing which I also brought, so basically was just looking for a dismount mount and balance job. Saw 4 customers that walked in that needed tires from the store that went ahead of me in the bays, I'm thinking because I only bought service is the reason why they didn't prioritize me. I already stood up and spoke to one of the guys upfront, and literally only took them less than 10 minutes to fix but waited close to an hour before they handled me, updates during the wait would also have helped me. Only reason I go to discount is the equipment they use to mount and balance tires. This was also the third time I used them and waited more than an hour with an appointment!

I was helped out immediately. The employee assessed the situation with my car and recommended great tire replacement options for me. All of the work was done in a very timely manner, and the staff is so friendly. I came with my dog and they welcomed her in, even telling me about the bring your dog to work day at the Cumming location. I felt very welcomed and supported. I will definitely be coming back for all my tire needs.
