I came in needing a tire pressure sensor replaced and decided to get an appointment and come back and have it done. They were busy and I was not in a hurry. I set a time of 3:00 PM later the same day. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. It still took over an hour to get my sensor replaced and I was still not in a hurry however I assumed that making an appointment would speed up my process. I would still not change a thing because I really respect the employees at discount tire. So many people need immediate attention because they are in a hurry, and they work hard to get everyone taken care of ASAP.

Every time I’ve been here I’ve had great service. My most recent visit was yesterday and even though I was a walk in they had me in and out in under an hour. I was very impressed.
