We were traveling and noticed that our tire was losing air. We were glad to see that there was a Discount Tire in town. We were at the store about 30 min and our tire was repaired and we were on our way. EVERY time we visit a Discount Tire everyone is so nice and friendly. We always recommend Discount Tire.

I was helped with much much patience from the worker jacob...he was clear and friendly of helping me decide on tires. I recommend everyone to this place..very convenient..2026 starting off great with my vehicle with new tires

Aiden did an awesome job, I know the system quoted that I would be out by 11:21 and I did not get out of there until 12:15, but I was a walk in and I knew I was going to have to wait. I gave all high ratings because this location is fantastic and when I come in with an appointment I’m always out on time or early. Things to note that kind of bothered me, but not enough to affect the score. I know I was a walk-in but a customer that had an appointment showed up early and got in before me. I got there at 10:09, Aiden said 11:21 and I said that’s fine I’ll wait. About 10 min later the 11 am customer came in, so to be gracious say 10:29 at the latest, and they got him back before me and he left before me. I get he had an appointment but he was at least 30 minutes early and they could have easily gotten my 15 minute plug job done and then brought the 11 am car in after mine. And secondly, there was a guy working on the doors and he kept going between his truck and the store all while leaving at least one of the doors open the whole place was freezing, and being there and hour longer than expected was not fun. I would have rather been told 2 hours or been given the heads up if people that have appointments come in early they will get back before me as well so the 1 hour could be longer. I at that point would have said I’ll make an appt and come back. Lastly, there was another guy who was working, not the very nice guy that was moving locations (he has always been helpful, and same with Aiden), this other guy was working to the desks at the left. He seemed so annoyed I asked about my car 20 minutes after my estimated finish time. I was so polite about it, mentioned I knew I was a walk in but my car hadn’t even been brought back yet and I was just checking where I was on the list. Then when my car was done I was just walking around because I was tired of sitting and freezing and another worker asked if I had any questions, I said nope just waiting on my car to finish. He was in the middle of asking my car type, I would have said it’s done they just lowered it, but dude on the left chimes in and adds “it’s the red Camry they are about to bring it out front now”. Completely unnecessary comment from the peanut gallery. He doesn’t get the justification of lowering the shops score because everyone else is honestly amazing, he just needs an attitude adjustment. I’m sure he is sick of walk in customers asking for an update but maybe their estimate system needs to be a bit more accurate or better yet, quote a longer time and come in faster it’s a win win. You quote a longer time so you have more time to work the car and if it’s done sooner you’re the hero for getting it done so fast.

booked online in and out in 30min cant ask for much more, price was excellent and staff was on top of it.
