Very knowledgeable team with regard to Airstream travel trailer tire needs and proper jacking technique on the trailer to avoid damage as Airstreams are rather unique on these requirements. Bryce and team were also able to install TPMS monitoring on the trailer tires and complete the setup of the new trailer TPMS stems in the Chevy trailering app for us.

I appreciate the store employee telling to buy online and save $80. I did that the day before Christmas and my tires arrived at the store the day after Christmas and I had an appointment for the following morning to have them installed on my vehicle.

We bought our tires from the store on Overland Road, Boise, Idaho. Every year we come to have our winter tires swapped with our summer tires. There has never been any additional charge for this service, which is very much appreciated, being retired and on a fixed income. It's always nice to bring our Toyota Tacoma 2004 in and jog across the street to Panda Express for lunch, and then within 30 minutes I return to the Discount Tire store and our truck is ready! Friendly staff and very efficient! Thanks for a wonderful service! It' hard to find this kind of customer service anymore...

Overland location has always been the best when it comes to being friendly and helpful. They do hard dirty work and are always keeping a great attitude along the path. Always a terrible time to need new tires or fix a flat but they have been the best to get me out of jam and back on the road.
