Great experience!

I’ve been bringing both vehicles to this location for years and every time it’s great service and awesome staff. Ezra is always super helpful and the service is always fast. My last visit I had 4 new tires mounted and I was in and out in 45 minutes.

Everyone there was helpful and did an awesome job at getting my car done fast. Excellent work and people!

Colin was fantastic from start to finish. From answering my questions about tire brands and helping me find the best value, to greeting me at the door and walking me through every step of the process, the experience was excellent. My wife had recently experienced issues with stopping distance during snowstorms, and shortly after, we discovered a bolt in one of the tires. Before coming to Colin, I was told that since the tire had already been patched, the only option was to replace that single tire. However, Colin immediately identified that all three of the remaining tires were already in the safety-recommended replacement range — something that would have been extremely helpful to know earlier, especially given the recent winter driving concerns. I truly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and guidance Colin provided throughout the entire process. I’ll absolutely continue working with him and his location in Oswego, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for trustworthy service and expert advice.

Ryan is a truly great person. He was very attentive and helpful. Even when he realized 2 of the tires were not delivered he made it a point to apologize and offered several options to make things right. Most places would tell you to come back, wasting your time, but not Ryan. He made things right and took ownership of the situation making sure I was satisfied.

I have always had a great experience at Discount Tire. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly, ready to help with tire selection and even wiper blades. I will definitely continue to utilize Discount Tire for my car.

I had a low air pressure indicator on one tire. Technician found a rusty, leaking valve stem cap while performing rotate and balance and repaired sf no customer.

They did a great job didn’t have an appointment just dropped the car off. They called me back within 30 minutes.
