They were super busy the day I came in however I was able to prebook and pay for the tires/service. They were very responsive and clear with both myself and the other guests waiting to be seen. They got me in much faster than initially quoted and all with a smile. I have been coming to this location exclusively for years and will continue to do so

For a busy Saturday morning, the wait wasn’t long to get 4 new tires installed. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. It had been several years since I had a vehicle serviced at this location because I moved away from the area. But after moving back and I needed new tires, I returned here. Not disappointed. They had plenty of in-stock options that fit my budget. I was in and out in about 90 minutes, which I thought wasn’t bad for not booking an appointment and just walking in.

I was given false information by a technician trying to sell me Goodyear tires. I was only there to have a repair on my back tire and the rep told me I needed 2 new back tires and they were completely worn and unsafe to drive. They also stated that they could not find where the air leak was coming from so I took it somewhere else after discount tire put on my spare and when I opened the bag that my tire was in there was a nail night as day in the tire completely visible and the other tire store said my tires were completely fine. I was also told that my car needed to have all of the same brand tires…. Then when my husband went in there the rep said well the same tires are suggested which is not what I was told. I will not visit this store again

Placed an online order. Store called and confirmed. Tired placed later same day. Whole process was less than an hour. Staff was very friendly and professional.
