Levi and his team took good care of me. Four new tires in an hour with no appointment. Can't complain about that.

From walking in the door to paying for the job was 35 minutes. Replaced 4 tires and alignment. Amazing performance in my book!!!!

Every visit is fantastic. I was there for low tire pressure and the young man informed me of a nail in my tire. I needed a new tire and since I was a returning customer I got an amazing price. They showed me some lug nut caps were missing and replaced them for me. They make sure your car is safe to drive. They don’t try to milk your pockets they’re friendly and knowledgeable. I love this place and I highly recommend it. I won’t buy tires anywhere else. Thanks discount tire!

The first time I came to this store things didn't go as I expected them to, but after letting them know my situation the management reached out to make everything right and then some. I have been back a couple times since then and have had excellent customer service and no issues. Some times things don't go as we expect but it is nice to know they will do everything in their power to make them right and win back business.

I like this store because they help you with your tires. They explained you everything and then you Choice your opinion

Came to get alignment and when I left it was worse than when I arrived. I missed work next morning to go back and have them fix because I had warning lights on for traction control and stabililink which caused my car to mess up at 30mph. They got alerts to go off and corrected most alignment problems b xt day, but I still had a reading in the red. Their answer when I asked why was they were not a full service and could not make that correction. Do not offer a service you can't fully complete. They didn't even offer to give me any paperwork. I had to tell him I wanted it. I'm assuming because it was not fixed they didn't want me to see that. I will not go here ever again. They're friendly but if you can't fully complete a service don't offer it. And if you are paid to do it, it should be done before you let someone leave with their car so bad shakes at 30.
