New Tires and Wheel Store in Noblesville, IN 46060

If you are a woman coming alone I would not recommend this store. I do not have a lot of knowledge about cars, wheels, tires, etc and simply knew I needed new tires and possibly wheels and have used discount tire before but previously always came with my Dad present to help make sure I understood things and wasn't being oversold. The sales person I worked with was extremely condescending and his line of questioning felt very accusatory rather than consultative to help me figure out what all I needed. I knew I needed some work and had been saving up to be able to invest in some upgrades to fix a lot of the issues going on. The sales person was extremely rude and I almost stopped and asked to work with someone else because he made me feel very stupid instead of trying to help understand what I wanted. I will no longer come back to this store and will go to another Discount Tire and will only be coming with a male present which is super frustrating. I am very nice and friendly and simply was just looking for someone to give me a fair and equitable review of my tires and wheels and gave my budget and was just met with accusatory questions instead of empathy and wanting to help. I watched this sales person help several other men that came into the store without a completely different demeanor and attitude and it was really disheartening. I ended up spending quite a bit of money and the rest of the people I interacted with especially the guys who did my alignment and balancing were amazing and respectful and pleasant but the sales man was simply not

I had a very good experience with getting new tires. Each employee was very helpful and kind and had great knowledge. I scheduled an appt. ahead of time and was greeted with a sign with my name on it and immediately helped by someone at my car door. I would definitely recommend Discount Tire. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me for being a female customer. I did my homework too!
