I pulled in and inquired about buying four new tires, after talking with the person at the desk. He explained how many different benefits I have when I buy the tires, and explained how many benefits I will have after buying the tires. They even went out of their way and took the best tire I had on my vehicle and took my spare tire off that was dry rotted and put it back under my vehicle. Very professional, I would recommend anyone to buy tires from discount tire shops.

The associates are knowledgeable and courteous. They explained everything and made sure I understood. I will continue to go to Discount Tire.

The staff at the Warsaw Discount Tire on Parker Street are extremely helpful and friendly. They work quickly and efficiently, going above and beyond for all of their customers. I can’t imagine going elsewhere for my tires.

They got me in right away I booked my appointment online and I got in within 2 hours on a Saturday! I got 4 new tires and an alignment and it was done in no time . Super nice employees and super fast and great service! Thank you I will be back

I had a tire that was leaking air and I was able to make an appointment that was convenient for me. The store was able to pull out a piece of metal, patch and rotate my tires in under twenty minutes! Everyone was so courteous and helpful and patient with my questions. I will be back!

They had the product I wanted. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

They always take very good and fair care of me, and don't try to cheat me just because I'm female. I've been using Discount Tire for at least 15 years now and always receive excellent service and support. They always work hard to find me the best deals & discounts. They are very efficient and get me in and out in a decent amount of time.

One of the questions on the survey was did I do research before visiting the store or picking discount tires. My response is absolutely not! Discount Tires has a reputation for itself being the best in tire care, tire, discounts, vehicle safety, and Customer care. My personal DT specialists were Spencer, Isaiah and Aiden. These guys kept me informed every step of the way. Originally quoted me being there for maybe an hour, but I was in there in like 43 minutes. The facility was extremely clean. restrooms were clean they offered me water and coffee and kept me updated throughout the 43 minutes that my car was being assessed. They came out on their final assessment providing great recommendations. There was nothing that cost me anything however they did say that I may need to look at an alignment when I get to my permanent location after being on this trip for five or 6000 miles. so originally my son highly recommended DT about two years ago and that’s where I bought my first set of tires for my Honda CRV. That’s when I expressed to them how I wanted the best tire possible for my Honda CRV 2021 that provided the best comfort and ride and soundproofing available. they matched me at absolutely perfect and I have loved my tires ever since. So I go to them for everything related to my tires. I’m a single female, and I’m very cautious about going to see mechanics about anything because they tend to take advantage of women, however, DT treat you like family and that is my personal experience with every location that I’ve been to so far. I literally look forward to my 5000 mile tire rotation and schedule it on time.
