Everytime I go into this establishment whether it's for tire rotation, wiper blades or tires I am treated well.

We bought our tires online and scheduled our appointment. They were right on time taking my car back. And it was finished in the time they said it would be. The staff were very friendly and professional! I’m definitely going back!

Greeted at my vehicle. All my questions were answered. Was out of store 1 minute after my scheduled appointment time. Will recommend to everyone I know.

I had a tire going low& they checked air pressure in all of them. I didn’t have time for them to check to see about low tire, so thy suggested the best time to bring it back. My wait time was exactly what they said it would be! I was very impressed with their customer service and professionalism! I would recommend Discout tire!

I had a blowout. My tire was on warranty, and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Amazing right? I also bought a spare wheel and tire to be picked up later. 2 days later , I pull up and park, open the trunk and an attendant rolls my tire out to me and places it in the receptacle. Yes, I did not even enter the store! That is remarkable service! You have a customer for life! Thank you!

It pains me to leave a review that is anything but stellar because everything about my experience was fine except 1 major snag. I scheduled my appointment online ahead of time. When I arrived the store was busy which is just fine! The guy quoted me an estimated wait time of 45 minutes for 1 tire repair. Again. I scheduled in advance. Online. Days before. By the time my estimated wait time passed, my vehicle had still not been taken back. I almost asked for my keys to leave until I saw it driving back. It was a QUICK fix, 15-20 minutes tops. But the point of an appointment is to plan ahead and schedule. I am very frustrated with that aspect of my visit and it would prevent me from not just scheduling with my regular mechanic.

I do a lot of my tire shopping homework in advance so usually have a good idea of what I want when I go in, but I always encounter helpful employees who generally seem well informed.
