My experience at the store on 151st street in Overland Park, KS was excellent. You just don't see great customer service in the automobile industry too much anymore. And you really can't gain much trust. It's too bad. But at this Discount Tire, they seem to care about it and it's really incredibly satisfying. I wish this was the norm in the industry and it's good to know that there are a few places left that adhere to great customer service. Keep it up Discount Tire. It's how become successful and it's a need in our society.

Casey is the store manager at this location. He has an outstanding team of employees working for him. The store along with the out side bays were very clean and organized. Kristian checked me in immediately and the got my car into the bay very quickly. I arrived at 8:16am and was driving my car home at 9:29am. There employees are very well versed on what there job is. Very impressed with this location.

I purchased new tires from Discount Tire a few months ago, they were well priced, much better than the Audi dealership. Discount Tire offers a free rotation and tire check, I took the car in and sure enough, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Terrific customer care. Nice people. Highly recommend and I have sent friends who have had similar experience.

Discount Tire found a nail in one of the tires of my daughter's car. They took the time to make sure I understood all of my choices for replacing and/or repairing the tire. Discount made sure that the car was well taken care of and road ready. I highly recommend the Discount Tire on 151st in Overland Park!

Salesman was friendly and it was done very quickly.

The sales representatives were courteous and knowledgeable. My only concern is that salesmen need to be aware of the issues that can arise when a tire size other than the one(s) shown on the vehicle door pillar placard is installed on a vehicle. Just because the rim will accept a different tire size does not mean it is appropriate for the vehicle. For example, vehicles with collision avoidance and lane departure safety features may not function as intended when a tire size other than what is stated on the door pillar is installed. I appreciate that Discount Tire respected my concerns by removing the larger new tires they installed a couple of days earlier and installed a set of tires with the size stated in the door pillar placard.

Would have been all 5's except I had to wait at the counter for at least 10 minutes before being helped.
