Awesome people and short wait times

Wait time was less than I expected. The online purchase and appointment system worked smoothly and the website was easy to use. A store is just a building, the people make this place great.

I ordered and booked my appointment on line, all I had to do was drop off the car. The person who checked me in remarked that I made his life easy, but they made mine easy. My car was ready for pick up in under an hour. The person who gave me my keys even offered to walk me to my car. This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had.

The staff at the 21st and Ridge location were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They didn’t just tell me what was wrong with my tires. They actually took the time to show me and explain. They even had my car ready for me an hour before it was estimated to be ready. I will definitely return.

Shaun provided excellent customer care when the tires I ordered had not arrived on time. He immediately looked for a comparable or better set from their in-house stock, and I left with a excellent set of tires on my vehicle at no extra cost.

I highly recommend this Discount Tire store and the service that Shaun provided. My granddaughter had borrowed my car and took it in for a low tire. A nail was found and the tire was patched. She asked the store about the shaking the car did at highway speeds, with our thinking it needed an alignment. Shaun called me as I am listed on the car since I buy my tires from Discount Tire in Overland Park, Kansas, and he kept me informed of what was going on with the car. The tires needed to be balanced, and we were thrilled to save money as it didn't need an alignment, and with the warranty I bought with the tires, all services were covered. I give the store a 10+ rating.

The service provided was FREE yet I was treated like a high-paying customer!!!! Highly recommend this place - especially if you are a former Kennedy Tires customer - this establishment is even better with customer service and has a more comfortable wating area!!

When you send us email notifications, you need to show what the our milage was from the last time we visited. That would be very helpful for determining if we need to have our tires checked. Other than that, I'm very happy with your service.
