The people at discount tire were very helpful in getting me a new set of tires. I went in there to make an appointment, and they were able to do it on the spot for new tires. And had them done in less than an hour.

I’m only reviewing bc I was sent a review request, that being said all I had was tire rotation, which they offer as a free service. I made my appointment online, very easy to do. Already know to expect to be there an hour. Love that they offer this service to customers for free, they sent several texts reminding of appt. a little too many IMO. Then sent a text so you can track when your vehicle will be ready which is great. My appt was 10:15, arrived 10:05 2 other ppl in lobby-not busy. Kept watching my car sit in the parking spot, checked the link said sb ready 11:03, within hour time-line. Finally at 11:07 I decided to ask when they were going to work on my vehicle since it was due to be complete 4 minutes ago and hasn’t yet left the parking spot? He mentioned oh few more minutes one car is finishing up now, once they get it in there won’t take long. Yeah I know, takes 10 minutes to complete. A little annoying, finally finished at 11:30. The next morning I received a call saying we forgot to give back you’re wheel nut key. Thankfully they called I would have never checked but still. Also a little annoyed when they gave my car a once over when checking in with 21k miles was told next appt would be the last rotation they could do on my car since I would need new tires. Really? I usually keep my cars for 4 yrs and never replace the tires, having 40k-60k when I turn them in. Yes they do need them at that point but I’m trading in for a new car so I don’t replace them. This car is a 2022, only put abt 500 miles per month(since I work from home), very different from every past vehicles. Googled myself - yes said at 6 yr mark recommend replacing even if low mileage due to rubber breaking down(which would still be 2 more years not in 6 months). I think it’s all a scam, how else would they make $$ if you treat your vehicle well and don’t drive it much LOL.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional and personable. The fact that they repaired my tire for no charge exceeded my expectations. Great store. I’ll definitely be back.

I got accused of putting a nail in my own tire by Jeffery, I plan on reaching out to the district manager. Very unprofessional.
