Great Service!

I was very impressed with the scheduling, service and the product.

After purchasing tires online and scheduling installation through the very user- friendly website, I relieved a short courtesy call with helpful instruction. The day of instalation couldn't have gone smoother and quicker. The staff were very polite and professional as I waited only 30 minutes for 4 new tires to be mounted and balanced. I will definitely be using this store for my future tire needs.

Easy and fast service

This is my second (if not third) negative run-in with Duayne (not sure if I have the correct spelling of his name), the store manager. Everything was going just fine with the rest of the staff until he decided to show up and immediately confront me about coming to his store to get my tires rebalanced when I purchased the tires from a different Discount Tire location. I feel like this was totally uncalled for. This is not 'Duayne's Tire Shop', it is Discount Tire. Unless Discount Tire's policies have changed to where I can only get my tires/wheels serviced at the exact Discount Tire location where I purchased the tires, Duayne was totally in the wrong to confront me in his shop right in front of his employees. This is totally unprofessional, not to mention absolutely disrespectful. I explained to Duayne that I purchased my tires from a different Discount Tire location because I couldn't get an appointment in time at his store and needed my tires looked at. At this point, his tone softened and he became more kind but by then, the damage had already been done. I've always been a fan of Discount Tire and its practices but Duayne's attitude toward customers is ruining coming here.
