I stop by to get the air in my tires checked and ended up getting my tires rotated and balanced. I will also come back to have my sensors changed. The employees are absolutely excellent. Whoever the person was that hired these particular people did a great job because these people really are interested in their job and in the people they serve.

Once we arrived, Lamar was present with a friendly greeting. Got us checked in and asked questions of our visit. Listened to understand our needs and concerns. Once inside he answered any other questions we had. Chris, store manager, remembered us from all the visits we have had to this location over the years. They made sure we were good to go. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, Chris did a walk around with us of our new purchase. As usual, all was good to go and no issues. Now I need to wash the vehicle to match the clean good looking Michelin tires on it. We will return.

This location has the best team and will ensure you are taken care of. I literally saw the manager giving on-the-spot guidance and positive feedback. The workers actually were enthused about doing their jobs. This made me feel very confident that I wasore then just a number. Their price for all the tires , labor, and tax was lower than Hyundai's 4 tires only and without the labor. Hyundai had a so-called special of buy 3 tires and get the 4th for a dollar. Discount Tires blew that out of the water!!!!!

I was genuinely surprised by how quickly the entire process of getting new tires was completed. It's significantly faster and more efficient than what you'd experience at a typical repair shop.

The staff at S Raeford Rd are very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. I was comfortable with my experience, they explained everything including wait times, prices, any issues they found, and gave discounts to help out. It went pretty smoothly, even with tiny hiccups.,
