Went in for a simple 15 minute tire rotation no mounting or balancing just rotate the tires, well over a hour and a half later i finaly got out of there. I had to ask the sales person if they had forgot about me. There was only 1 car in the work bays and 5 people came in the door that just went ahead of me. The workers were just standing around doing nothing. This place in Salisbury N.C. has really fell off it's very poorly run with no manage at all.
