Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend this location A++ service and they were super fast!! Purchased tires online and set up appt at same time. Once arrived we spent no more than about 45 minutes at the shop and we were ready to go!! Will be a stop next time we are in need of tires or tire service.

Went to have vehicle's tires balanced. They were worse when I left then when I arrived. Staff was friendly and this may be a rare situation, but took to second location and they were surprised how out of balance they were. Learn from my mistake and after having any service done do a test drive before you go on a 14 hour road trip.

Both the front desk and tire tech were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was in an out in less than an hour. More like a half hour. If you know a lot about tires, I recommend buying online and making appointment online.

I used the online portal to set up an appointment a week in advance. My car was not brought in to the service bay until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. I always expect to wait, so I brought something to read, but stating that wait times are shorter or non-existent by scheduling online was not true for me. My service was fine. Everyone was courteous and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
