I found out the hard way the best time to make an online appointment is in the afternoon when they aren't busy. Noah is SPECTACULAR! I sensed some bad attitudes from some of the other guys, but Noah is management material (I am a 25 year veteran in management). I was too impressed and pleased with his character and the interaction I had with him. I hope the others will take a clue or three in customer service from that young man.

I would highly encourage everyone to go to this location, I’ve been to several different locations but found the Sunset Discount tire location is the best. I had 2 of my vehicles done here and I can’t complain they did a great job and helped me out.

These guys were so helpful to check my under inflated tire!! They fixed it right as soon as they could get to it! The wait time was such that I knew I could run home quickly to get my phone since I left it and lived nearby, yet the guy recommended that I not drive on the tire. I respected his advice, so I stayed put! I saw the wipers sign and knew mine needed to be changed. He had the ones I needed for my car and went out to put them on for me! I so appreciated that! Kind service and care given to me and my car! I appreciate the reassurance I feel driving away from their store knowing my tires are safe! And the next time it rains, I won’t be hearing that obnoxious noise of worn out wipers! Thank you Discount Tire!

I got great assistance in finding just the right tires for my vehicle and made an appointment for the following week. I was there for my appointment and was driving away in just under an hour with nice new tires. The service was fantastic and everyone was friendly.

I got a flat and went to Discount Tire to get a replacement. The flat was under warranty!!! I got a new tire at no charge. I didn't have to wait long about 30 minutes. And discount tire sells wiper blades! How convenient.

Jon Conrad was great! He made sure they looked at every possible cause of the problem and helped determine it wasn't a tire issue. I didn't walk away feeling like they were simply pushing me off because I watched them do the testing, talking out what next they could do. I was really impressed with how hard they worked at it.
