vERY GOOD STORE BUT SOME TIMES VERY BUSY IN THE MORNING BUT LATE AFTERNOON WAS GOOD FOR ME IN AND OUT IN 15 MINUTES

I appreciate Jordan the store manager for his leadership and proactive approach to ensuring customers needs are taken care of.

I've used discount tire for many years & many states. All my experiences have been positive!

Very friendly staff. Hard working people. Doing their best to make customers happy.

Great location and Teddy keeps things running smoothly, even if he has to lead by example and work in the shop too.. Can't ask for better service and employee relations!

I was surprised afterwards to only receive a receipt and no additional information when my car was returned to me. I was not happy to discover that I would have to obtain the DOT serial numbers from the tires myself to allow me to register my purchase.

I can no longer recommend this location, after patronizing it since it opened. Total incompetence that would not have been caught had I not viewed the entire process to balance and rotate my tires. This location is lacking in management and customer service, and their services cannot be trusted. Go elsewhere. I will from now on.
