I made an appt for a tire repair. Was told it would be ready in an hour. I came back after an hour and was told my vehicle wasn’t ready because they couldn’t find my wheel lock. I had given my wheel lock to the rep that checked me in when I originally brought my vehicle in. They said they had tried to called me which I had no calls or voicemails from them. Then I had to wait for them to find my wheel lock. Waited for longer than I needed to because the rep that had checked me in, saw me sitting there still and went and saw that my car was ready and said he didn’t know why no one called my name. Now I have to go back to that location because they didn’t even put the cap on my stem valve.

My air tires were not checked, it caused 3 days later for the low air pressure warning light to come on! So please remind the store to check the air pressure or you will have a surprise!
