I was an out of towner and got a low tire pressure warning on my dash. I checked my tires before I left on the trip. So knew that there was a problem. Found a Discount Tire store and had it checked out. Nail in the sidewall. Needed a new tire but had road hazard protection which covered the cost. Everything went as I thought it should. They took care of us and we were back on the highway to home in a fairly short time. We thought about what a good result we experienced and that it really could not have gone better. I’m a satisfied customer and will continue to do my tire business with them. Good job and many thanks!

I’ve dealt with Discount Tires for decades across the United States, this store took care of me for 4 tires. I highly recommend.

Turns out they didn’t do my inspection report and no one talked to me about needing to replace my tire sensors which led to me being in a fairly dangerous situation when my back driver tire failed a week later. I would however recommend the location off northwest expressway. Their people are super kind and were fast to make it right. Shame on this location for cutting corners and giving bad service. No good guys.

We blew a tire on a Saturday afternoon while on a trip. Got to the store at 5pm and the guys were able to get a new tire on so we could continue our trip. Great service

When I came to pickup my car I had to wait 15 minutes for anyone even to acknowledged my presence. I went to get into my car to leave, I looked at the tires they installed and they weren’t even the tires I ordered. I ordered a cheaper tire that wasn’t in stock at that store. I ordered them online and was told it would take 3 to 5 days for the tire to arrive. I’m not complaining because they put a better tire on my car. I wasn’t charged additional money, which was fine with me. However, I wish someone would have told me what they had done when I picked up my car. Now I’m wondering if I’m going to have any problems when I need any warranty work.

Wait time seemed longer than I had expected considering the fact that I had made an online appointment in advance. But overall, I learned more about tire by reading their posters in the lobby. Employees seemed working very hard, especially the guy doing the tire repair and also the guy who brought my cars at the end. I didn't get their names but I really appreciated their diligence.
