New Tires and Wheel Store in Yukon, OK 73099

I called the store about purchasing tires and getting an appointment. The salesperson told me about setting it up online so I did. Super easy, when I got there they were very busy but within 6-10 min. they got me logged in for service to me car. It took about an hour, but everything went great, no issues.

Discount Tires is the Chick-fil-A of tire companies. The most superior customer service I have ever received. I have been using Discount Tires for 20 plus years and four different locations and have always received exceptional service. I especially love the Yukon, Oklahoma facility. Very satisfying

Discount Tire has always been my go-to for tires! Not once have they given me bad information or recommended anything that doesn't work for me. And most importantly I don't have to explain that my rear tires are supposed to be a different size than the front and under no circumstances do I need a tire rotation. They're awesome :)

I’ll get there a little early probably about 135 and made an appointment for 2 o’clock. Somebody spoke with me immediately as I went into the door and as soon as it was 2 o’clock, they came and talked with me and took my vehicle to the service page just as soon as I could it was extremely busy and they did a great job I was in and out of there in about probably 50 minutes and I just had a tire fixed and tires rotating and they explained to me that two of my tires since I did not do a timely rotation two of the tires had worn down and getting close to replacement and I appreciate that and they didn’t even charge me for anything, although I did tip the young man who fixed the tire. It’s just a great place to go. You know that you’re being taken care of you don’t have to worry, they show you everything on the computer screen they give you all the best information in my opinion and these days and times it’s really nice to know as a business that you can count on someone to help you with what is needed and I watched the employees as they helped other customers, and they all seemed very sincere and didn’t pressure. They gave the customer choices and I heard that number numerous times. This is the situation but we understand your situation and whatever you would like to do outside of safety issues is understandable.
