Every time I have been to this store I always have been treated with respect and kindness. The staff is knowledgeable,courteous and well versed on their service and products. They take the time to help you and make you feel valued as a customer. They always keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle and the store is always clean and the customer service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.

Discount Tire was recommended by a family member and the whole process was very easy. I purchased tires online and scheduled an appointment. After arriving, I did have to wait a short time, as they were busy. The person who waited on me was very friendly as was the technician who put my tires on. The wait time was not long at all, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Yukon store. Elijah very professional, very knowledgeable and very kind. Offered me several choices, different prices, and mileage. They were very busy. I had not made an appointment. I just walked in. I found out when I could be served and left for one hour and came back. I was only there 30 minutes, when I returned, before the car was done. I was very pleased.

I will absolutely NEVER take my car back to this location. I had a nail in my tire that was OBVIOUSLY in my tread so my husband took my car to get it fixed. He said the minute he walked in, he should have left because the guy that was helping the people in front of him, he was trying to sale them a tire. My husband said it took him 30 minutes to get my car checked in. I work overnights so I was asleep and my husband told the guy to contact him with anything. The guy calls my phone and when I don’t answer, they took my tire off the rim and put my spare on because the nail repair “couldn’t” be repaired. And he was very adamant that I needed a new tire. The next day, my husband took my car to another tire shop and instantly plugged my tire WITHOUT any ISSUES!! Never will I go back to this tire shop!
