I’ll get there a little early probably about 135 and made an appointment for 2 o’clock. Somebody spoke with me immediately as I went into the door and as soon as it was 2 o’clock, they came and talked with me and took my vehicle to the service page just as soon as I could it was extremely busy and they did a great job I was in and out of there in about probably 50 minutes and I just had a tire fixed and tires rotating and they explained to me that two of my tires since I did not do a timely rotation two of the tires had worn down and getting close to replacement and I appreciate that and they didn’t even charge me for anything, although I did tip the young man who fixed the tire. It’s just a great place to go. You know that you’re being taken care of you don’t have to worry, they show you everything on the computer screen they give you all the best information in my opinion and these days and times it’s really nice to know as a business that you can count on someone to help you with what is needed and I watched the employees as they helped other customers, and they all seemed very sincere and didn’t pressure. They gave the customer choices and I heard that number numerous times. This is the situation but we understand your situation and whatever you would like to do outside of safety issues is understandable.

Great service!

My vehicle is in the shop, removing the tire and wheel. The socket broke and damaged the wheel. The shop foreman and the salesman chase explained to me that this issue would be taken care of expeditiously. This is why I take my business to discount tires because they do what they say and do it well. If you need service on your tires discount, tires will take good care of you.

I love Discount Tires!! I had bought a warranty and they replaced all 4 of my tires for the cost of one, and I was extremely excited!! I had no idea, but it was a blessing! My parents and I both have used them for the last 7 years, and my parents drove 2 hours each way, and I drive one hour. Totally worth it!

We placed an order and booked our appointment online. The tires we chose did not arrive in time for our appointment due to weather conditions. We received a free upgrade on our tires as well as tire certificates for our trouble. The appointment only took about 30 minutes and the staff kept us informed through the entire process. Prompt and accommodating in an emergency

It was easy to order and book tires (trailer tires this time) online. After arriving, Elijah checked me in and took care of everything. I was able to track the installation and completion of tire installations - including checking and repairing a slow leak in my spare tire. Couldn’t ask for better!

After arriving, I did have to wait a short time, as they were busy. The person who waited on me was very friendly as was the technician who put my tires on. Wait time at store was less than 60 minutes for installation, even on a busy holiday Saturday morning. Somewhat disappointed there was no longer coffee or water provided for waiting customers. Overall, an excellent experience for a major purchase...4 tires @ over $1,600. Discount Tire stands behind what they say..."Let's get you taken care of."

Great experience, was quick and painless

I arrived 15-20 min early prior to the store opening and had barely parked when "Donnie" walked from the showroom doors and met me in the parking lot. He assisted with the tire purchase and drop off and I was on my way in less than 15min. When I returned later to pick up the wheel/tire, again, it took less than 10min to have the tech bring the tire out to me. Great service at this location.

It was fast, quick and easy!

I went during the week and had a better experience than on the weekend. The managers and employees there seem to really care about their customers. They helped me out with a bad tire and I was in and out within an hour. I had been told previously on weekend visit nothing was there but my light came back on and I went to the store again. They took care of me immediately and apologized for the previous service I had. They made it right and that is why I will continue to use them in the future.

We had a late night blow out in the 3 degree weather that resulted in a bent rim. The other big name tire repair shop just a stones throw away didn't even carry rims. It's a tire store why the heck not!? Discount Tire wins with that alone. BUT that's not it! I pulled in & hesitated due to the still freezing cold. Before I could muster up the courage to move I was approached by a cheery technician named Cole. This gent was eager to help, got my story, made his way 'round to each wheel taking readings, and directed me into the warmth of the building. Once inside Cole laid out multiple options to solve my issues and wasn't the slightest bit pushy. I told him I needed to go home to consult with my wife and he reminded me that "Our prices can't be beat. See you soon." Ha! Cole knew darn good and well I'd be back. Got me a new rim and fixed my tire. I appreciate you Discount Tire. Give Cole a parking spot with his name on it. Cheers.

Store and People are enjoyable, last visit was for rotation and balance. Tire pressures were never checks as 2 tires low after leaving store. They can and have done better in past.

I got the tires I wanted and at a good price. The store was really busy, I had made an appointment and they pulled my car in right on time. I was very impressed! I have bought tires from Hibdons for years but they never get you in on time for appointments, Discount Tire will be my tire shop from now on.

I purchased the tires for my vehicle online and set an appointment time to have them installed, upon arrival the check in went smoothly and my vehicle was in and on the rack within minutes, 45 minutes later I was on the road with four tires mounted, I would highly recommend researching your tires online and setting an appointment to have them installed, it was a smooth time saving experience.

Tommy came straight out to me, I told him I have an 8am appointment, he started going over everything I needed and wanted done, paid and had me out the door in about 50 minutes, I wish they would improve how we check in to pick up our keys though

I had come off of a 12 hour shift at the hospital and had to change a flat tire that morning. I was very tired and just hoping for a quick fix. That is absolutely what I got from y’all. From the moment that I called to see if there was a time slot open to fix my tire to the time I pulled up into the driveway of the store, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I know I was there for less than 30 minutes. They offered me coffee and a bottle of water while I waited. The best part of this experience was that I was not going to have to come back over the weekend and get this tire fixed. They literally fixed it right away and they fixed it for free. They didn’t charge me a thing. Who does that anymore in this terrible economic climate? We’ve bought tires from you before and we will buy tires from you again. Thanks for being so friendly and thanks for getting me home so I could sleep after a really long night at work. You guys are the best.

Very fast and efficient

I stopped in on a rainy day at 5:30 with two tires in trouble. They immediately looked at the tires, and said they would get right to me. I apologized to all 3 associates for stopping in and keeping them after 6pm. They all 3 replied that it’s why they were there. Smiles and competence all around! I will go back.
