Excellent customer service!!

I had ordered some winter tires online through the Discount Tires website as they were running a special. The tires were special ordered and I used the App to track the shipment.. the App was not anccurare at. The tires didn’t arrive at the store for my appointment on Saturday, so I had to reschedule for the following week. I changed my appointment to the following Saturday and much to my surprise the store was packed. I had to wait in line for over 20 minutes before being served. I then had to wait an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my tires installed. For customers that have an online appointment it would be good to have a separate line in the store so that those people would get attention immediately versus having to wait. While I do recommend discount tires for your next tire purchase, be prepared to wait if you book your appointment on Saturdays!

I had to change the appointment time due to a family member's illness and the associate on the phone was cordial, understanding and accommodating. My Porsche's wheels are in near perfect condition and so I wanted to make sure that the tech/equipment doing the job would not damage them. The rep checking me in assured me the job would be done correctly and he assigned a manager to do the work. The associate advising me of progress was professional, courteous and friendly. The work was done flawlessly. They even took care to remove the old wheel weights without damaging the paint inside the wheels. It's a Porsche thing to have the center wheel cap logo pointed towards the valve stem... and they did this as well. Perfect! Highly recommend this shop and team if yours is a car that you love.

The reviews are real and Discount Tire is every bit as good as they say. My tires were installed in 18 minutes and every professional was top notch. The employees seemed to like working there, too. I’ll be back.
