I had an outstanding experience with Guy and the Discount Tire team! Although I didn’t have a reservation since it was too late to book online, I arrived 30 minutes before opening and was about 7th in line. Watching the team meet before the doors opened, it was clear that management was both focused and well-organized. Once the doors opened, the team efficiently worked through the line. Although I waited for a bit, the process was incredibly fast since I had pre-paid. Guy explained the warranty and certification options in a way that made it an easy decision—the cost-benefit was undeniable. As a former Les Schwab customer, I switched to Discount Tire based on glowing reviews from family members and others, and it was excellent advice. I returned at 5 PM, and my van was ready to go, fitted with the CrossClimate2 tires I specifically wanted—Discount Tire had the inventory ready! All around, it was a super positive experience. I highly recommend Discount Tire for their professionalism, efficiency, and top-notch service.
