The Discount Tire personnel delivered excellent service, and I appreciate the professionalism at the store level. My complaint is not about your team, but about Synchrony Bank, where we financed our tire purchase. My experience with Synchrony’s representatives was extremely negative. The reps were unhelpful, unfriendly, and their attitude escalated the situation to the point of genuine frustration. It reflected poorly on the overall experience, despite Discount Tire doing everything right on your end. I strongly recommend reevaluating your partnership with Synchrony Bank or working with them to improve their customer service standards. The contrast between Discount Tire’s service and Synchrony’s was significant, and it impacted what should have been a smooth, positive transaction.

I went in for a nail in my tire. They weren’t Sure if it would be repairable based on its location. But thankfully it was repairable! They even let me keep the nail.

I’m upset that your online system told me I had an appointment but the staff member did not see my appointment and so they put me in the back of the line. So I had to wait over two hours for service. The staff is great your online system is what needs to be attention. Especially if you have a question on the survey that asks me if I knew there was an appointment system to help reduce my time.
