Shawn was an angel in my time of stress. The entire staff were pleasant, professional, and happy. Satisfied with their work and attention to detail. Needed a referral for repairs and got a great one. Would highly recommend this store if you're looking for honest work on your vehicle.

I showed up without an appointment for a flat repair on a busy weekend. I got there as they were opening and already a line in front of me. I was quoted 2 hours but I was all taken care of in 36 minutes. Including the 10ish minutes I had to wait in line to get checked in. Very pleased with the service.

We made an appointment and we waited 30 minutes over, but they were pretty busy, however, all the employees were constantly moving. Busy place, which is a good sign. Would definitely recommend.

I made an appointment to have the tires put on which I purchased online. They met me as soon as I pulled up to the door. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They did a great job, and were a pleasure with which to deal. We come here for all our tires.

Genuinely a great staff, and they are very thorough with the procedures suited for your car. Also, they are swamped with customers. So, if you don't want to be in a situation like the one you would be in at the DMV without an appointment. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT BEFOREHAND. It's super easy to do and will save you time. Their program and tire warranties are excellent, too. Just do it.

Quick and informative

I was glad to find a discount tire so close to the ER I had to take my Dad. I had a low tire and had to leave him at the ER and find this place. I usually go to discount tire in Gresham so I was glad to find this one. It was very crowded and took a long time but everyone there was super nice and efficient. I did not find out why my tire was low and what they did to repair it, but I know they were in a hurry to wrap up and get us all on our way as it was after 6:30pm so I understand.
