First -time tire purchase for a car I really cared about, so I was a bit anxious. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, over the phone & at the shop.

While I've generally had good experiences at this store, my last visit showed an alarming lack of attention to detail on my service. The sales professionals were helpful and communicated well when I came in, although I did have to wait quite a while when picking up my vehicle (wait time was fine when I initially came in). The problem was when I picked up the vehicle. I had two jobs during this visit--replacing a tire on the vehicle I brought in, as well as replacing a tire on a loose wheel that I had brought with me in the trunk of my vehicle. While both tasks were completed, the loose wheel that I brought in was put up on a rack as opposed to being put back in my car or at the very least, given back to me to load into my vehicle. Since no mention was made of it, I made the mistake of having to return to the store to retrieve my wheel and new tire. I also made the mistake of not checking the work on the tire that was replaced on the vehicle I was driving--usually this location has done a very good job on installations, but this time they neglected to put a valve stem cap on my new tire. While not a huge deal, this seems like a pretty obvious miss and lack of attention to detail. I'll probably be back to give them another chance, but if this becomes a pattern, it'll be time to start looking elsewhere for my tires.

All employees have great communication skills. They had me in and out for a free flat repair. 15 minutes . Did not attempt to try and sell me anything.
