They changed out my Travel Trailer tires but did not balance my tires based on the assumption that you do not balance trailer tires. Had to go back to fix issue.

We bought tires online through your website. A week earlier, I was informed that the tires were ready for installation for my daughter's porsche. However, my daughter arrived to have them installed and apparently they were not there . They proceeded to up-sold her over $250 more expensive pair of tire or else she. would have come back, I did not appreciate her nor myself be taking advantage . I've always been a loyal customer, but probably will not be returning to your facility.
