They changed out my Travel Trailer tires but did not balance my tires based on the assumption that you do not balance trailer tires. Had to go back to fix issue.

Was supposed to be given a discount for an employees frustrating pushyness and when I went back to receive it I was not given it and they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Needless to say they lost my business after being a customer for years and I won't be going back

Professional and prompt service. My time available to get 4 new tires installed on my car was limited due to another appointment immediately following. I let the Discount Tire associate know about my time crunch and he made sure that my car was taken care of quickly. Also, the Discount Tire price was $400 less than another local tire shop.
