This place is great! I have been to several other tire shops in the past. None of them were as prompt as this one. I got 4 new tires put on, I did have an issue with the balancing. I took it back the next day and they fixed it within 30 minutes of walking into the store. Will definitely be coming back!

The personnel that worked with me were knowledgeable and very polite. They walked me through my options and when it became necessary, recommended a store to help with the issue I had with a tie rod. I got that taken care of and they were able to align my car with no problems. I had made an appointment to get the tires and that was very helpful. On returning after fixing the tie rod, I had no appointment but they were able to get my car right in for the alignment and after were able to explain what they had done in detail for me. I would recommend this store and their personnel very highly.

I was out of town and my wife's tire picked up a couple nails, I take all of our cars and kid's cars to Discount tire and have always been pleased with the staff's professionalism. We are loyal to Discount Tire and especially the Gunbarrel Rd location!

So I had a blowout on the interstate...Yates towing and recovery came out and put my spare tire on...I went to Discount Tire the next day to get the most economical tire..and they really came through...I must admit I feel more safe now that I got two new back tires.. Thank you guys for your expertise on the tires ..I will be buying the same tires, for the front...
