New Tires and Wheel Store in Franklin, TN 37064

I arrived at our local Discount Tire store to check on our air pressure in our tires discovered one tire was dangerously low due to a puncture from a nail. Bree was the attendant helping us, and she took immediate action to get us the help we needed. She ensured we would have it fixed, even though it would require going past closing hours. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism, promptness, and warmth were astounding. She is an absolute asset to this store!

I ordered and paid for tires online, and made an appointment for Monday morning at 9:15. The store called me at 8am and said that the tires weren't delivered yet, and that they'd be in between 10am-1:45pm, and that they'd let me know when they arrived. I didn't hear from the store by 1:45pm, so I called in after 2pm just to check in. They said that they were still waiting on delivery and that they'd let me know when they arrived. I called in the next morning to check on the status, and they said they were still waiting on my tires to arrive, but to make up for the inconvenience, they said they'd upgrade my tires to a better one that they had in stock, at no additional charge. I agreed to that, and they scheduled me an appointment for later that day. Everything went smoothly and I was in an out in just over an hour with the more expensive tires. I really appreciate the customer service, it was very unexpected to get that upgrade, and now I have better tires than I expected.

I arrived at the store at 8:05 and was checked in by 8:10 but the time on the app said I didn’t check in until 8:45 making my wait time until 9:30. Far beyond what I was expecting. I had to get an Uber and leave my car.
