New Tires and Wheel Store in Franklin, TN 37064

My wife was able to have 2 front tires replaced during an unscheduled appointment and 30 mins before closing. Staff were great and even consulted me on the phone to ensure accuracy of the purchase. Been a customer since the 80s when I discovered Discount Tire in Phoenix. Keep up the great work.

I arrived at our local Discount Tire store to check on our air pressure in our tires discovered one tire was dangerously low due to a puncture from a nail. Bree was the attendant helping us, and she took immediate action to get us the help we needed. She ensured we would have it fixed, even though it would require going past closing hours. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism, promptness, and warmth were astounding. She is an absolute asset to this store!

This is a well-managed location, and my experiences here have consistently been positive. I recently visited for a tire rotation and noticed that my sidewalls were cleaner afterward than before. Kudos to Discount Tire for this small but meaningful touch.
