Overall great store. I was up visiting family in TN where I used to live, needed the tires on the wife's car rotated and balanced and made sure I went back to the Gallatin TN location. I've been to several Discount Tire locations and at that store is by far the best experience I've had.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me get the service I needed. I had originally came in to replace one tire but after a careful inspection he saw that 2 of my other tires needed replacing as well. All were experiencing dry rot or the beginning stages of dry rot. After finding these issues, he showed me what he found and helped me determine the best course of action. I wound up getting 3 tires instead of 1 but I could have had a major incident if Anthony had not caught the early signs of dry rot that I did not see. I will definitely be coming back for any of my tire needs.

Nicely Ran Store. It seems employees work together and communicate with one another. The experience was enjoyable. Everyone should remember, the store is busy and have patience when busy. Be kind and respectful always.
