Took an informal FB pole and Discount Tire was the overwhelming recommendation. It was my first visit and I was not disappointed. Even though I had not made an appointment online, my wait was very reasonable despite the large crowd ahead of me. Everyone was super nice and professional and the prices can't be beat.

I ordered wheels and tires online. Was told they would be in store and ready for install on a Monday. So I scheduled an install for Tuesday. Got there at 9 am on Tuesday just to be told they weren’t going to be in until the end of the day. So I rescheduled for the next day got there again at 9 for my scheduled appointment to be told they were still not in and that they should be in before 12. So I waited until 1 still nothing. So I leave and miraculously they show up 30 minutes after I leave. So I then drive back across town to sit there and wait another 2hrs. When I should have been next since I’d already been there since 9. Long story short make sure your product is there before you waste your time.

I had a wonderful experience and will handle all of my tires needs at this location from this point on. Whereas the entire staff was great, Assistant Manager, Nicholas S. went above and beyond! Thanks a million!

I won’t go anywhere else for tires! This is my second time here and everyone working there is amazing. No matter who I spoke to they were able to help me and walk me through every step of the way. I had a challenge trying to find tires for an older car and it caused them to do some research, but they were able to get me what I wanted. From Cam starting the process and following up with me, to James going above and beyond to help me, and speaking with Jeremiah over the phone, every employee was professional and knowledgeable. What I needed was a needle in a haystack, there was a line that was to the door, I felt that what I was having them look for was too hard and not possible, but James did not rush me out or make me feel like I was going to have to go home and research on my own. He was calm under a busy day and he was able to find my tires and also said he could have them delivered and installed that day. I will recommend this place to anyone.

I have been to this location a few times and have to say it's the greatest. Employees are always so helpful. And will continue to use this store when needed. Thank you. Gary Addy.
