We had a little hiccup getting the tires I ordered shipped from the Birmingham store, but the associate upgraded me to a better tire at no charge, so I am happy!

First time here. My son has been using Discount Tire for years, and is always talking about how great they are so I decided to try them. I was able to make my appointment online. When I arrived Ethan greeted me as I entered the store and he checked me in. Ethan was very nice, friendly and answered all my questions. Everyone else that was interacting with other customers were also so friendly. Everyone seems to be happy with their experience as well. I appreciated the assistance in picking out the tires that were right for me and how I drive. I also like the warranty and not having to worry about maintenance since all that is included.

They took care of my flat when I showed up just before closing and their computers weren’t working properly. Great team and wonderful customer service! I appreciate that they stayed past closing, solved my issue, even took time to go ahead and rotate my tires, all with a smile and amazingly friendly service! They’ll be keeping my business for sure!!!
