I have been very pleased with the professional service tailored to my needs that was provided by the existing staff of this Discount Tire store. Tires is their business and they are good at it. I would recommend them to anyone seeking tire service.

I highly recommend this store. I made an appointment, showed up, they were prompt & professional, and got me in and out of there within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them. I asked them to check all my tires. I knew I needed one for sure. I wasn’t sure about the others. I ended up needing 2 two tires. They weren’t pushy or trying to oversell. Been using them for years.

I came in with a screw in my tire. I usually would make appointments but this was an emergency. I was nervous about being a walk I and having to wait a long time. Everyone in the store was knowledgeable and was able to get me in and out in 45 minutes with a repair, rotation, and balance.

Erik was awesome! He went above and beyond to help me with multiple tire issues I was having. He truly cared about me as a customer. He took the time to explain why I needed to replace the two additional tires, which was beyond the original two tires that I intended to have replaced. He even brought out my other damaged tire to show me and explain, in layman’s terms, why I needed to replace the other two tires. He also held my vehicle over night until I was able to get back over there to pick it up. One of my Range Rover brand tire valve stem caps was not put back on and he offered to reimburse me for it, actually he insisted. Erik went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. And he definitely deserves a 10 star review.
