Over great experience. In and out in 15 minutes.

I pulled up roughly 5 to 10 minutes before closing but a gentleman still came and greeted me asked if he could take a seat and therefore a look inside the vehicle upon giving me time to explain what I thought I might need. He promptly got my car pulled in to the garage to take a look at my tire. From there, I I received an explanation as to what the issue might be and then what it definitely was. I was kept up to speed throughout the rest of the process as the same gentleman explained to me what needed to happen at every step of the process, which took less than 30 minutes and answered all of my questions promptly not to mention very well which further calmed me (as I showed up very nervous), but I left extremely calm and excited knowing that I will return to this location upon need.

Arrived at 7:40. Store opened at 8:00. My appointment was for 8:15. Alex came out to my car at 7:42. I was driving away at 8:06 with 4 new tires installed. I always use this store and will always deal with Alec!!

I was travelling & had stability trouble with my car & used my GPS to find this store as I am a Discount Tire longtime customer. They were even better than my own store in my home town. I plan to drop back by on my way back through Texas. Go here. It's quick & they give excellent service.

We were on a trip with a flat tire from road debris. The tire would minimally hold air. They told us if we could get there in ten to 15 minutes they’d fix it. They came through like champs. Colton was a superstar and explained our best option for the tire and showed us that a razor blade like piece of metal had caused the problem.

The Tire Tech was tentice to my needs, and got my car fixed up in a fair amount of time. Very friendly and helpful.

Ok experience sales people were great did a good job the people out in the shop got everything screwed up on which tires to keep and which ones to change. Had to take car back and get it all straight. The guy that took care of getting the problem resolved was Colten if you ever need to deal with anyone there get him he jumped right on the problem went above and beyond to fix it and make it right. Colten was one of the most polite people I have delt with at any business discount tire definitely has an asset to the company having him there.

After Port Arthur Discount Tire not willing to help. We were very thankful that the Stagg Beaumont location was so helpful. They were very attentive and always willing to answer any question we had. Mark and Alex thank you so much for all your help. We highly recommend this location!

My tire light came on in the early morning hour as I was on my way out of town. I drove immediately to the Discount store on my way. They had opened early, much to my relief. They identified the problem, fixed my tire promptly and I was on my way. Great service!

The salesperson that helped me was knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to make sure a damaged tire was replaced even though the store was about to close for the night.

I’ll definitely always use DT on Stagg for further issues!

The whole crew is polite and professional. They checked my tires and repaired one with a problem at no charge. They were able to look up the information of when I bought the tires and told me they would be there when I was ready to buy more. Definitely will return for replacements.

Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the right wheels for my F-250. He and the technicians involved were all very professional and informative throughout my short wait time.

I had a meeting to go to that was out of town this particular morning when when I noticed one of my tires needed air. I went to Discount Tire for help. Chandler, Discount Tire associate, was amazing and cute too! He explained everything in detail to me and promised I'd be on the road in time to make my meeting. I had my doubts, but he was right. From now on, Discount Tire is my store!

I didn’t have an appointment when I went in, I was waited on in less than5 minutes. They checked my tires out, told me the waiting time, and I was in and out before my time. The people at Discount Tires are friendly, respectful, knowledgeable about what they’re doing. The store is very clean and comfortable, while waiting. Yes, I would recommend Discount Tires.
