The service guys are great, its your sales, asst Mgr and Mgr that have issues. They shouldn't be walking around tending two or three people with keys without putting the keys in the bag inline status 45 minutes waiting for that to happen. Finally spoke to Mgr he stated I was now 19 customers behind a 1 hour quoted job by salesman. The 1 hour turned into 3 hours, I then went outside to find out a Ford dealership had priority with their vehicles being service for new tires and windshield wipers replacements, as I waited for a front tire repair two holes. I believe I should have been out of their earlier, had I not gone outside to see what was the status I would have been waiting longer after the mgr's noticed I saw tge dealership bringing in 6 trucks, two at a time for service without going inside met outside and place priority in line...
