Patrick was the associate that handled me from start to finish. He is very kind, patient, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He is a true asset for Discount Tire. His attitude and the quality of services is the reason I will continue to make a 45 minute drive to get there. My wait time was much shorter than expected.

The tire I needed repaired had to be replaced. Then the tire I needed had been discontinued. Ya'll called and found the only one left, ordered it & then installed it all in the same day! Extraordinary service! Thank you for your kind and efficient staff!

I paid, and booked, online. Walked in to store, very shirt wait while they assisted other customers. Once checked in, my car was taken into the bay shortly before my appointment time, and was there less than an hour over all. Great experience. Super friendly staff.
