After sitting at my dealership for 5 hours, they were supposed to do an alignment and check out my tire which I thought maybe had a bubble in it, they informed me that I did indeed have a bubble in my tire and could not get the alignment until said Tire was disposed of and to get a new one, which they do not service. It took all of 5 hours for them to tell me this! Anyway, I headed over to Discount Tire and again, I cannot remember the gentleman that helped me but he was very nice and informative and helped me order a new tire to be put on the next day. When I arrived the next day, all went smoothly with the service and my new tire!
