I’ve been in many of their stores over the years, in multiple cities and two different states. Every store, every location every time I’ve entered their stores their customer service has blown me away. The consistency of excellent service between stores, over many years and every single employee blows my mind. They have given me every reason to do business with them over and over again, and I have for close to forty years.

Clean store, professional appearance all staff members. Felt like the best prices in town. Always leave feeling you did the best choices by stopping at a Discount tire store for repairs to keep air in the tires and traction on the roadway with all weather conditions.

Appointments do not matter at this store. I was early for my appointment - but having an appointment did not seem to matter. My car was not even touched until over 10 minutes after my original appointment time. An accurate up front time was not given, nor was there any communication.

I appreciate all the advice I got and learned that my back tires were needed as well! I was shown what the tires looked like so I could make a decision to replace or not! Thanks Discount Tire!
