Patrick the store manager was incredible is working out a major tire credit from Goodyear Wrangler All Terrain Tires as they were faulty from the beginning. I had to buy tires while traveling and there was no Discount tire within 300 miles so I was forced to use another National Chain tire company. When I called them regarding the Faulty tires they were not even willing to assist me with replacement or providing even any kind of exchange. I contact Discount tire in Crossroads, TX near my ranch and Patrick took control of this issue and contacted Goodyear directly on my behalf and after he was on the phone for over an hour he was able to secure just over $675 credit for the 4 tires towards a complete new set. This is why we have used Discount Tire for over 35 years for all vehicles. I have always purchased the Road Hazard tire protection when buying tires unfortunately the other tire company never offered this feature when I purchased their tires. At least Goodyear stood behind their product and worked with Patrick in order to take care of a long time customer. Thanks Patrick and Discount Tire. We will remain a life long customer.

Everyone is very professional, great service great prices. A company you can trust!

My experience was generally good. Employees were very friendly and kind and I'm happy with my new tires. However, I see three areas of improvement: 1. I expressly asked the check-in clerk to change contact information on the account from my husband's info to mine. I knew his phone would be out of commission for the day and besides, it's my car. I should be responsible for it. The clerk assured me he had changed the information, but all the texts about progress and about the car being ready for pick-up went to my husband's disabled phone. The result was that I was stranded at home for several hours longer than was necessary, until I called in. 2. I was told that this location doesn't do wheel alignments. Really? I thought that an alignment is pretty much required after putting new tires on the car. The clerk did give me a coupon for an alignment at another mechanic in the area, but I've had work done at that place in the past, and I don't trust them. I had to go to another place, which ate up another day of my time. 3. The mechanic who put on the new tires did put my spare back in the spare tire compartment, for which I'm grateful. But he didn't reassemble the fasteners that secure it in place. Fortunately, I found the parts rolling around in the trunk before I left the lot, so I was able to re-enter the parking area, re-park the car and then get someone from inside to come out and show me how to reassemble the parts. Unfortunately, that request cost me another 20-25 minutes, since it was 5:30 PM and the line of customers needing help was quite long. I'm retired, so all these delays just cost me two days of my life. They didn't ruin anything. However, I really do think this Discount Tire location could do a better job at handling small details which end up making them less efficient than they could be.

I was told there was a 90 minute wait. It was actually 3 hours!!! Plus I had my 1 year old granddaughter with me. The floors was filthy, with chunks of dirt from someone’s boots. I couldn’t set my granddaughter down. It was a horrible experience!!!

Always friendly employees and short wait times.

Awesome service as always. I will be coming back for new tires and/or tire service!!
